Here’s what you can expect during the transportation process:

1. Complete and submit the quote request form below.
2. Receive a personalized quote from Flexco’s Transportation Department via email (during regular business hours, Monday-Friday Eastern Time). Quotes are valid for 7 days.
3. Approve quote.
4. Individual users must remit payment within 5 days of accepting the terms. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
5. Corporate Fleets and Fleet Managers will be invoiced for all transportation. Orders are dispatched immediately upon fleet manager approval.
6. We communicate transportation updates as they become available.

Flexco’s Transportation Department accepts the following forms of payment for transportation:

1. Personal check for moves under $1000.
2. Cashier’s check for moves $1000 or more.
3. Credit Card: Visa, MC and Discover.
4. Wire or ACH by your bank. For ACH and Wiring instructions, contact your account representative.
5. If purchasing a vehicle from our website you may include your transportation payment with the vehicle payment.
