Ron Shoemaker
Chairman of the Board
After graduating from the College of Communication, School of Journalism at Ohio University Ron began his career in sales and management with a division of W. R. Grace.
In 1983 Ron redirected his career and began working in the automotive industry where he focused on remarketing vehicles for corporations, financial institutions, leasing and rental companies.
In 1992 Ron incorporated Fleet Lease Exchange Co, Inc. d.b.a. Flexco Fleet Services. Flexco specializes in asset management for Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions and fleet/lease portfolios. Since its inception, Flexco has grown to become one of the largest privately held remarketing companies in the country. Flexco offers a full spectrum of stand-alone services to its clients.
In the past 3 years Ron has helped launch Innovative Funding Services (IFS) and eFleet Direct.
Ron presently lives in Denver, CO with Sally, his wife of 35 years. His two grown children, Chad and Ashley, both work for Hourglass Management Corporation which provides support and consulting services for Flexco, Innovative Funding Services and eFleet Direct.

Chad Shoemaker

After graduating in 2001 from Miami University with a Marketing degree from the Farmer School of Business, Shoemaker moved to Denver, CO and joined the sales force at UNUM, a group disability and life insurance leader.
Over the next eight years Chad continued selling employee benefits for three industry leading insurance carriers, UNUM, UnitedHealthcare, and Univers Workplace Benefits winning various sales awards along the way. Participating with the product development team at UnitedHealth Group, Chad contributed to the development of new products and then as a Senior Sales Consultant was charged with taking those products to the marketplace.
Additionally, Chad was the lead sales representative hired for UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits in the Denver market. This was a new company developed under UHC. Chad developed the Rocky Mountain Territory encompassing MT, CO, UT, NM and WY, and turned this into one of the highest performing territories in the company. He also worked closely with clients to develop communication strategies within their companies for benefit design and enrollment solutions.
While sales was the main focus of his activities he was also actively engaged with financial modeling and consultation. Working with modeling for stop loss or medical gap insurance, he often consulted with brokers and clients on best risk strategies for their financial situations.
Chad joined the Hourglass Management Corp. family of companies during the first quarter of 2009. His skills and experience in developing and maintaining client relationships has continually been part of his core perspective and critical in making a company successful and attaining long term growth.
Amy Riggenbach
Vice President
Amy joined Flexco in 2007 as part of the management team. In 2011, Amy moved to Denver, CO to join the Hourglass Management team as the Human Resources Manager and then returned to the Ohio office as Vice President. Amy has over 24 years of management and operational experience that has led her back to Ohio and to this current role at Flexco.
As Vice President, Amy handles the overall operations for Flexco where the goal is to make the remarketing process seamless for clients from consignment to settlement. She also interacts daily with all departments, including Remarketing, Employee Sales, Title and Registration, Finance and Transportation.
Amy graduated from Ohio Dominican University in 1998 with a B.A. in Business Administration. She currently resides in Lewis Center, Ohio with her husband, Alan and 2 children, Jackson and Cameron.
Dan Fierro
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
With over 25 years in the fleet industry, Dan Fierro has excelled in sales management, developing strong business partnerships and a high level of professional commitment and integrity. Dan is active in NAFA, NTEA, and AFLA, where he serves as a Remarketing Director on the board. He graduated from Cal State Los Angeles and lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife Denise of 34 years.
